A series of greeting cards illustrations I made themed around love, science fiction, and various art principles. In left-to-right then top-to-bottom order, they are Balance, Emphasis, Pattern, Contrast, Scale, and Rhythm. Each one was also inspired by the name of a lo-fi hiphop playlist made by Syros, Ambition, or Feardog on YouTube. In the same order as before, they are “You make me feel complete,” “I met a robot from the future and she taught me how to love,” “Every time I see you, I fall in love all over again,” “My favorite place in the world is next to you,” “You’re the world to me,” and “You make my heart flutter.”
